Emily A. Gearhart

Emily A. Gearhart represents clients in energy, real estate and commercial litigation throughout Texas. Prior to joining Santoyo Wehmeyer P.C., Emily worked for ten years in McAllen litigating in the state, federal, and appellate courts. She has over a decade of experience in commercial litigation. Emily is also an appellate attorney with experience in the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and State Courts of Appeals throughout Texas.  After law school, Emily served as law clerk to Magistrate Judge Scott Hacker in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Laredo Division.
