Michael Yanochik
Michael Yanochik has practiced appellate and trial law for over 30 years, at some of Texas’ top firms and his own boutique litigation firm, including extensive work on commercial disputes, energy, insurance, complex contracts, and business torts. His current practice is focused on appellate law, including preparing and presenting winning written and oral arguments in appeals and protecting his client’s legal positions and appellate arguments through the entirety of litigation. He has handled appeals in the Texas Supreme Court, a majority of Texas’ intermediate appellate courts, and the federal courts.
