Drew Simank
Drew Simank represents energy industry participants in trials, arbitrations, and disputes. Clients include operators, working interest owners, mineral owners, drilling contractors, oil field service companies, pipeline companies, refiners, and mining companies. Before joining the firm’s litigation team, Drew rendered title opinions for energy clients for many years. He also represents clients in general real property and commercial litigation matters and advises energy clients on a variety of operational issues. Drew joined the Firm in August 2017 and has practiced oil, gas and energy law in and around San Antonio and Austin since 2011. Drew is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
