BROCK SKELLEY
Brock Skelley has represented companies in commercial disputes and regulatory matters for nearly a decade. His practice focuses primarily on energy litigation, including royalty underpayment class actions and multi-district litigation, disputes under joint operating agreements, development and drainage disputes, title disputes, surface disputes, and a variety of other disputes in the upstream and midstream sectors. Brock has handled lawsuits and arbitrations in jurisdictions across the United States, including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
