Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith assists clients in oil and gas transactional matters, including title examination and the preparation of Original and Supplemental Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions and Curative and Title Updates. Sarah has been practicing oil and gas law since 2011 and her experience includes calculating complex ownership affecting mineral and royalty estates and leaseholds held by production, as well as drafting curative instruments including affidavits, mineral deeds, stipulations of interest and other instruments affecting real property interests.
